Hello there, thank you so so much for this valuable article. It's been really eye opening. I would like to share a comment: these 'regenerative, circular, human rights' jobs are amazing. Being a citizen from Turkey though, I find it quite difficult to land in any of these jobs since I do not reside in the UK, USA or Europe. It seems like the majority do not want to sponsor anybody. So don't you think this is a little bit of a mismatch of what the companies are preaching and the way they are operating? Or maybe I am wrong. I would appreciate to hear what you think. Best

I am very interested in knowing how you create your own job, as I feel I've done that too, but not with any particular strategy or reflection
